State of North Carolina Issues Contract for Adobe® Web Conferencing Services

The contract is a statewide term contract for use by the executive state agencies. It may also be used by non-state agencies including the North Carolina University System and its member campuses, instructional components of the Department of Public Instruction, Instructional components of the North Carolina Community College System, as well as local (municipal and county) governments.
The contract provides agencies with the procurement options and functionality to meet their unique requirements by offering:
– Two ASP-based web-conferencing solutions options (Basic and Advanced) and three flat rate models (Named User, Concurrent User, and Event/Webinar)
– Full integration with NCID, the State’s internal identification management system
– Integrated audio conferencing options
– A customizable interface and the ability to build templates
– No minimum order quantities, no set-up fees, and three-day order fulfillment
