You might ask, why is there a need for reviews on Dreamweaver extensions? Well, while there are hundreds of sites reviewing all kind of software, there are few testing, using and reviewing Dreamweaver extensions. Even more:

  • the sites that sell or offer DW extensions have different levels of “geekism” being a little difficult finding out what the products benefits and features are
  • the Adobe Exchange while being a great place to look for extensions is not a need oriented directory
  • it makes things easier for you, the Dreamweaver user, showing what a product can do in a need oriented approach
  • it helps out the DW authors in better marketing and explaining their products

At this point you might wonder who is behind the Dreamweaver Extensions blog. I’m Cristian Dorobantescu, ex Product Manager at InterAKT Online, and extension author that later got sold to Adobe. While I left InterAKT some years ago, I’ve remained a faithful Dreamweaver user, for my part time Web design company.
